What does it mean to be arrogant?
At any moment you can collapse to be nothing. You neglect others. You believe in your own abilities. You cop an attitude. You’re puffed up and stuck up. You brag, but it’s not true. An appearance to looking Proud. It leads to your own destruction. Harms yourself. Harms others. You don’t listen. You refuse to listen. You can’t be corrected. You ignore people. It’s completely and monstrously evil.
People don’t want to be around you. You think to yourself I can get away with it, others won’t care. You boss over people. You’re careless to think of others. Eventually, get what’s coming to you. To be a nobody. To be laughed at. To be by yourself. No one wants to help you.
Your followers approve of it. Your Followers fail to be nothing. You’ll hate others. You think others want to be you. In your position, you speak evil things. you say things behind people’s backs. You believe you’re strong and powerful. You ridicule people. You tell lies.
You like to plot to see people fail. You trap people. You ill-treat people. You Believe someone is worthless. You’re Prideful. You think nothing will happen to you. You think you’ll get away with it. You say things that are empty-headed. You love to quarrel to lead the way into trouble. Your evil.

Did you Know? If brought up spoiled it creates arrogance.
You like to show off your wealth. You think wealth and looks make you better than others. You say things proudly. You taunt others. You think the world is yours. You have a high opinion of yourself. You’ll be judged by others. You listen to bad advice. You act like a god but you’re not.
No wonder people hate listening to you. You like to defeat people. You’ll never be at peace. You’re a treacherous individual.
Mr. Know It All
If you don’t know anything about the topic, “they’ll wonder if you’re intelligent. They’ll be quick to judge. And quick to dismiss.” Isn’t that strange?
Welcome to the “IKA = I Know All Expert”
Here’s an example… “In grey areas, answers are not available. You ask an expert about the grey area they’ll say I don’t know. But when you ask an IKA expert they’ll give you an opinion. It will be in a convincing way. So much so it will further themselves into whatever they are doing. That’s the problem with the IKA experts.” It’s in their opinions to be facts.
IKA expert says I got money. If you get the money you’ll be able to do whatever it is that you want to do. Verses I don’t know what money would do to you if you had it.
IKA expert says I sleep around. If you get famous like me you can sleep around too. Verses I don’t know what sleeping around will do for you.
Know-It-All Society
University of Connecticut philosophy professor Michael Lynch examined how the internet has changed people’s attitudes toward the truth.
Arrogance; Arrogant; Arrogantly
ARROGANCY, BOASTINGS, FOOLISH, HARD, HAUGHTINESS, PRIDE, “proud in heart,” PUFFED UP, SELFWILLED, STOUT HEART, TUMULT, etc.; BLUSTER, BOASTFUL, “the boasts of sinners,” BRAG, CONCEIT, “filled with self-importance,” HAUGHTY, OVERBEARING, POMPOUS, etc.
It indicates that arrogant pretensions to control history are nothing less than a mad raging against God Himself (2 K. 19:28; par Isa. 37:29). Such arrogant madness pointedly shows a lack of real knowledge (1 S. 2:3ff) or a proper understanding of man’s true position in the world (cf. Ps. 73:3ff. with vv 16ff).
From the Judeo-Christian perspective arrogance and its concomitant boasting is simply an aberrant perception of reality that does not acknowledge or understand the larger picture (Jas. 4:13–15); therefore “all such boasting is evil” (v 16). It insists that it is capable of controlling reality without recourse to God.
Just as James sees that arrogant boasting (GK. alazoneía) indicates a distorted view of the world, so John understands that those who are spellbound by the “glamour of its life” (translation of alazoneía in 1 Jn. 2:16) are entranced by a false reality, i.e., a world already in process of passing away (v 17).
